1. Agreement to Terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. If you use Gitwami on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. The Service

Gitwami provides Git hosting, repository management, pull request review, workflow automation, and AI-assisted collaboration features. We may improve, add, or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, or other security incidents affecting your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use Gitwami to store, publish, or transmit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, or reverse engineer its components.
• Do not use Gitwami's automation or AI features to spam, attack third parties, or conduct abusive activity.

5. Repositories, Content, and Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of the code, prompts, comments, attachments, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content as needed to provide the service.
• Gitwami's software, interface, branding, and other service materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law.

6. AI Features

• AI-generated outputs are suggestions only. You remain responsible for reviewing, validating, merging, and deploying them.
• You must ensure that prompts, connected repositories, and integrations used with Gitwami's AI features comply with applicable law and relevant third-party terms.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Some features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan shown at checkout. You may cancel at any time, and paid access continues through the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Gitwami, its integrations, or AI outputs will be error-free, continuously available, or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Gitwami at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, endanger the service, or misuse it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
